Chicken Hummus Wraps

Ingredients
4
whole wheat tortillas
1/2
cup
hummus
1/4
cup
light sour cream

cups
cooked chicken
chopped and seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, and dill
1
cucumber
thinly sliced
1
large tomato
chopped
Instructions
Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus and 1 tablespoon of sour cream on the center of each of the tortillas.
Add 1/2 cup of the seasoned chopped chicken to each tortilla, followed by as much of the cucumber slices and chopped tomato as desired.
Wrap burrito-style and serve.
