  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus and 1 tablespoon of sour cream on the center of each of the tortillas.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of the seasoned chopped chicken to each tortilla, followed by as much of the cucumber slices and chopped tomato as desired.
  3. Wrap burrito-style and serve.
