Sauté the chicken, bell peppers, and onions and cook with fajita seasoning packet according to package directions.
Sprinkle cheese over the center of each Mission® Protein Tortilla Wraps, then top with some of the chicken, bell pepper, and onion mixture. Add a dollop of sour cream and guacamole on top of the chicken.
Wrap the tortillas burrito-style, then wrap tightly with aluminum foil to take as a to-go lunch or picnic meal.
