These Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Tequila Lime Sauce have big flavor, are quick to prepare, and surprisingly easy to make! The secret is to use delicious Kinder’s® Rubs & Seasonings for the shrimp and the sauce to cut down on prep time.
In a small bowl mix together the sour cream, lime juice, Kinder’s Tequila Lime Rub, and Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning. Set aside.
Toss shrimp with Kinder’s The Seafood Blend Rub. Place the shrimp on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil on a preheated gas or charcoal grill. Cook the shrimp on one side for 3 minutes, then carefully flip them with tongs. Cook on the other side until done (approximately 3 more minutes).
Divide the shrimp between 8 tortillas, then top with cabbage, onion, Cotija cheese, and cilantro to taste. Squeeze lime wedges over the toppings, and drizzle generously with the reserved tequila lime sauce.
