  1. Cook pre-made flatbread crusts according to package directions until crisp and browned.
  2. Meanwhile, mix a room-temperature package of cream cheese with 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, and spread onto the prepared flatbread crusts.
  3. Flake the hot smoked salmon and distribute on top of the cream cheese mixture along with capers and sliced red onion.
  4. Garnish with extra dill if desired, then slice and serve!
