Jalapeño Popper Stuffing
An absolutely delicious stuffing recipe that’s surprisingly easy to make! I call it Jalapeño Popper Stuffing, as it incorporates some of the key ingredients from bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers (diced jalapeños, Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, and Oscar Mayer® Bacon) with Stove Top® Stuffing. It might be a side dish, but this stuffing won’t be having a seat on the sidelines of your holiday meal… it will be one of the stars!

Instructions
  1. Add the chopped bacon to a skillet and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes. Add jalapeños and garlic to the skillet with the bacon and cook, stirring frequently until the edges of the bacon begin to crisp (about 6 more minutes), watching to make sure the garlic does not overcook. Transfer the bacon and jalapeño mixture to a plate lined with paper towels and set aside.
  2. Pour the chicken broth into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the stuffing to the chicken broth and cream cheese mixture, stirring gently to coat the stuffing with the liquid. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir the bacon and jalapeño mixture into the stuffing and fluff with a fork. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve warm.
