Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the Sister Schubert’s® Dinner Yeast Rolls from packaging and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven to let cool.
  3. After the rolls have cooled enough to handle, cut them in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves back on the baking sheet in a single layer with the edges touching.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese in an even layer on top of the rolls. Spoon the pizza sauce over the mozzarella cheese, then arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the sauce. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni, then place the top halves of the rolls on top so that they line up evenly with the bottom rolls.
  5. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush the seasoned butter mixture on the top of the rolls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 7 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tops of the rolls are browned.
  7. Serve immediately, or if making ahead to serve later allow to cool before refrigerating. Pull off desired number of rolls and reheat when ready to serve.
