Easiest Pork Fried Rice
Homemade pork fried rice is surprisingly quick and easy to make! This is my tried-and-true, delicious pork fried rice recipe that’s so easy and so foolproof that it’ll be on your regular recipe rotation.

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed pork and diced onions and cook, stirring frequently, until the pork is cooked (8 to 10 minutes).
  2. Add the cooked white rice and peas and carrots to the wok and stir everything together so it’s evenly mixed and the rice and veggies are warmed.
  3. Push the pork and rice mixture to one side of the wok, then pour your beaten eggs into the empty side. Stir the egg until it’s cooked and scrambled (about 2 minutes) while the pork and rice continues to cook on the other side of the pan.
  4. Mix the pork and rice mixture into the egg. Stir in the soy sauce, green onions, and the remaining sesame oil. Stir fry everything together until it’s heated through (about 2 more minutes).
