MIND-BLOWING 4TH OF JULY CHARCUTERIE BOARD

I’m sharing ingredients and pairing ideas for making a beautiful and delicious red, white, and blue charcuterie board that’s perfect for Independence Day gatherings.

For this fourth of July charcuterie board, the inspiration was really the colors of red, white, and blue, ingredients that are seasonal and available in the summer.

TIPS FOR ASSEMBLING YOUR FOURTH OF JULY CHARCUTERIE BOARD

INGREDIENTS

- Cheese  - Salami  - Pepperoni - Sun-dried tomato pesto  - Quince pasta - Crackers  - Blue corn

TIP 1

Often before shopping for a charcuterie, I do some planning to research different complementary flavors to make sure I’m choosing meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, etc. that work well together. You can usually check with a quick Google search.

TIP 2

When arranging this fourth of July charcuterie board, start with placing little ramekins (for sauces, spreads, and any small fruits and vegetables) on the board first

TIP 3

These little flag toothpicks can be set in a little dish on the side for guests to grab as needed, but I also recommend placing a few on the 4th of July charcuterie board to fill any gaps.
