INSTANT POT ORANGE CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

- Cornstarch  - Garlic powder - Ground ginger - Vegetable oil  - Chicken stock  - Chicken thighs

- Brown sugar - Soy sauce  - Rice vinegar - Orange

INSTRUCTION PART 1

To make this orange chicken Instant Pot recipe, start by mixing 2 tablespoons of the cornstarch, garlic powder, and ground ginger together in a small bowl.

INSTRUCTION PART 2

Select the Sauté function on your Instant Pot, and heat the vegetable oil in the pot. Add the chicken and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

INSTRUCTION PART 3

Pour 1/2 cup of the orange juice, chicken stock, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and orange zest into the pot and stir with a wooden spoon, scraping the bottom of the pot to loosen any browned bits.
