DUMP-AND-GO INSTANT POT TORTILLA SOUP

This easy Instant Pot chicken tortilla soup is a super hands-off Instant Pot version of my favorite Allrecipes Six Can Tortilla Soup recipe that we love making for camping trips.

DUMP-AND-GO INSTANT POT TORTILLA SOUP

– Chicken broth – Whole kernel corn, drained – Black beans, rinsed and drained – Chicken breast chunks – Tomatoes with green chile peppers  – Chili powde

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Pour chicken broth, corn, black beans, chunk chicken, tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, seasoning salt, and garlic powder in a cooker.

Close and lock the lid. Set the cooking time to 5 minutes at high/normal pressure. It will take 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build before the pressure cooking time starts.

After the pressure cooking time ends, release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions.
