INGREDIENTS

– Thomas Original English Muffins – Whipped cream cheese – Avocado – Freshly cracked salt and pepper – Red bell pepper, diced into small cubes

STEP 1

Spread cream cheese over the cut side of the muffin.

STEP 2

Arrange slices of avocado overlapped slightly to form a triangle

STEP 3

Season the avocado with salt and pepper.
