What you need to make this gin prosecco cocktail
To make this gin and prosecco cocktail, you’ll need the following:
- Champagne flute or tulip glass
- 1/2 oz. gin (we find this tastes really good with Aviation Gin)
- 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice cocktail (or more, to taste)
- Splash lime juice
- Edible red glitter
- Prosecco (or your preferred sparkling wine)
- Cranberries (for garnish) on a firework stirrer stick
How to make this a Cranberry Sparkler Mocktail instead
Cranberry Sparkler is great as a mocktail, as well! To make this a non-alcoholic sparkling cranberry mocktail, skip the gin and substitute sparkling non-alcoholic rosé for the prosecco. It tastes just as delicious and looks just as pretty! You can see it in the background of the photo above. The rosé and lack of gin make it a little redder than the cocktail version.
How to make this gin prosecco cranberry cocktail
To make this gin prosecco cocktail, start by pouring the gin into the bottom of a champagne flute or tulip glass. Pour the cranberry juice and a splash of lime juice over the gin. Sprinkle edible red glitter into the glass.
Pour prosecco into the glass over the other ingredients until the glass is nearly full. You can add more cranberry juice if the gin cranberry cocktail is not sweet enough for your preference.
Add a few cranberries to the stirrer stick (high up on the stick as they will float) and add it to the gin and prosecco cocktail. Stir gently with the stick to make the glitter swirl with the bubbles. Be careful not to stir too vigorously or your gin prosecco cranberry cocktail might bubble over!
Here’s the Cranberry Sparkler recipe! If you enjoy this fun gin, champagne, cranberry cocktail as much as we do, be sure to leave a rating! Enjoy, and Happy New Year!
