CHEESE BALL RECIPE

WHAT YOU NEED

– Cream cheese, softened – Cheddar cheese – Orange marmalade & Orange zest – Salt & Ground black pepper – Dried cranberries – Chopped pecans

STEP 1

Mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, marmalade, orange zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined

STEP 2

Form the cheese mixture into a round ball (it’s helpful to use plastic wrap while shaping it)

STEP 3

Place the cranberries and pecans on a plate and stir to mix.
