INSTANT POT BACON, CHICKEN, AND RANCH PASTA

Since I’m sure I’m not alone, I’ve been developing lots of delicious new one pot meals to help others like me, and I’ve particularly become a huge fan of Instant Pot pastas as a busy weeknight dinner solution.

I’m sharing my latest Instant Pot chicken pasta today, and boy is it delicious!

INSTANT POT BACON, CHICKEN, AND RANCH PASTA

INGREDIENTS

- Bacon  - Chicken breast  - Garlic salt  - Garlic  - Chicken stock  - Ranch dressing

- Pepper  - Garlic powder  - Spaghetti noodles - Cream cheese - Garnish 

INSTRUCTION PART 1

Cook the bacon in the pot until crisp (may need to work in batches). Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to cool, but leave the bacon grease in the pot.

INSTRUCTION PART 2

Season the chicken with garlic salt. Add the chicken and minced garlic to the pot and sauté in the bacon grease until the chicken is just starting to brown, about 4 minutes.

INSTRUCTION PART 3

Add the chicken stock to the pot and stir with a wooden or plastic spoon, scraping the bottom of the pot until all the browned bits are loosened.

INSTRUCTION PART 3

Place the reserved chicken and the cream cheese cubes on the top of the pasta, but do not stir.
