A ROMANTIC VALENTINE’S DINNER AT HOME

The hubs and I have a tradition of making dinner at home for Valentine’s Day.

There are lots of benefits to doing it this way. First, you beat the waits and crowds at local restaurants.

MENU IDEAS FOR A ROMANTIC VALENTINE’S DINNER

– Sesame oil divided – Boneless pork chops  – Cauliflower rice – Broccoli florets – Mushrooms – Celery – Garlic diced – Eggs 

Rosemary-Crusted Rack of Lamb

Big Sexy Steaks

Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in pork and stir until thoroughly coated.

Add cauliflower rice, broccoli florets, mushrooms, celery, and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until pork is slightly pink in the center, 5 to 7 minutes.

Best Truffle Mac and Cheese

Honey-Orange Crème Brûlée 

Push pork and cauliflower mixture to one side of the wok. Pour beaten eggs into the empty side.
