ONE PAN PESTO CHICKEN AND VEGGIES THAT'LL MAKE YOU CRAVE FOR MORE

I love me some shortcuts, but I have to say my favorite shortcuts of all are easy, one-pan dinners.

Your vegetables and sides cook right alongside the main chicken dish on one pan… it could hardly be easier!

ONE PAN PESTO CHICKEN AND VEGGIES 

INGREDIENTS

- Chicken breasts - Red potatoes - Green beans  - Cherry tomatoes - Olive oil  - Basil pesto  - Salt

INSTRUCTION PART 1

Toss chicken, potatoes, green beans, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl with olive oil and pesto.

INSTRUCTION PART 2

Spread onto the prepared sheet pan or jelly roll pan in an even layer. Season with salt and pepper.

INSTRUCTION PART 3

Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are fork-tender and chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, 20-25 minutes.
