QUICK AND EASY SHEET PAN TERIYAKI SALMON AND VEGGIES 

This roasted salmon and vegetables dinner is prepped and cooked in 30 minutes, making this one pan baked salmon and vegetables perfect for busy weeknights.

Oh, and the sheet pan teriyaki salmon and vegetables are also super delish and present beautifully while being deceptively easy to make.

SHEET PAN TERIYAKI SALMON AND VEGGIES 

INGREDIENTS

- Salmon fillets - Broccoli  - Bell pepper  - Sesame oil  - Salt & pepper - Green onions

INSTRUCTION PART 1

Line a large sheet pan or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon fillets onto the prepared sheet pan.

INSTRUCTION PART 2

Toss broccoli, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper in a large bowl with sesame oil. Spread onto the sheet pan around the salmon in an even layer.

INSTRUCTION PART 3

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then brush the remaining ¼ cup teriyaki sauce onto the salmon.
