SIMPLE BISCOFF CHEESECAKE RECIPE

I’ve been working on this recipe for a while, and am thrilled to get to share it with you today, just in time for the fall and winter holidays! It’s a Biscoff cheesecake!

Add it to your Thanksgiving menu and your family will request you make this recipe for Biscoff cheesecake every year!

BISCOFF CHEESECAKE RECIPE

– Lotus Biscoff cookies – Butter, melted – Cream cheese, softened – Granulated sugar – Lotus Biscoff cookie butter – Sour cream – Cornstarch

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Using a food processor, pulse Biscoff cookies in batches until you have 2 1/2 cups of fine cookie crumbs.

STEP 2

Add 1 cup of the cookie butter, sour cream, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to the mixing bowl.

STEP 3

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar.
