These are made completely with Lucky Charms cereal (as an alternative to the option above that uses Rice Krispies cereal and Lucky Charms marshmallows)

GUINNESS CUPCAKES

OK, this one isn’t exactly kid-friendly, but it is festive. You can also use the shamrock candy melt cupcake topper idea for your own kid-friendly St. Patrick’s Day cupcake recipe.
