I love a good holiday theme and a good grazing board. Similar to the Easter Charcuterie Board that I made last year, this year I wanted to create an Easter egg veggie tray.
Just like how I planned my Easter Charcuterie Board, I started making this Easter egg veggie tray by cutting a piece of parchment paper to the size of my serving tray.
For my Easter Veggie Tray, I used broccoli as the filler, since the green color resembles grass for the egg to sit in (though you can swap this out to other green vegetables if you prefer something other than broccoli).
For this Easter veggie platter, I started with the celery and carrots, since they not only stay put easily, but their shape also allowed me to follow the zig-zag pattern on my design.
