PROSCIUTTO, FIG, AND GOAT CHEESE CROSTINI

– Nonstick cooking spray – Frozen puff pastry, – Mayonnaise – Feta cheese – Parmesan cheese – Chopped spinach – Garlic, minced – Black pepper

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Roll out the thawed but cold puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle using a rolling pin.

STEP 2

Mix the mayonnaise, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, and pepper together in a bowl.

STEP 3

Spoon feta-spinach mixture evenly into the cups, being careful not to overflow the cups.
