BLONDE BROWNIES: M&M BLONDIES

Have you ever had a blonde brownie (AKA a “blondie”)? If you are wondering how to make blondie brownies, they are essentially brownies, but without cocoa powder and with more flour.

They taste buttery and light, somewhat like chocolate chip cookie dough sans the chocolate chips. I love a good brownie recipe.

BLONDE BROWNIES: M&M BLONDIES

INGREDIENTS

– Flour – Brown sugar – Baking powder – Salt – Butter – Eggs – Vanilla extract

STEP 1

In a large bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

STEP 2

Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Mix in the white chocolate chips.

STEP 3

Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven until the edges are golden and the center is set
