I made this Easter bunny breakfast board using a tray with sides, which not only keeps the ingredients from falling off the edges, it also makes the board easier to move. Start by lining the bottom of the tray with a piece of parchment paper. I recommend starting by making your bunny shape. I used mini pancakes for the head, waffles for the body, a combination of bacon and sausage links for the ears, and donut holes for the tail. You can also add berries for the bunny’s eyes and nose if you want.
Next, place green fruit (like green grapes) on the bottom half of the board around the bunny to look like grass. Start filling in the top half of the board with blueberries to create the sky.
A few simple details can take this breakfast board to the next level! I made a little butterfly from two halved strawberries, and a flower out of halved hard boiled eggs and grapes. This is all really easy, but has a great visual impact.
I made a sun (which is also a functional way to hold honey or syrup) with a ramekin surrounded by orange slices placed at the top of the Easter bunny breakfast board.
I hope you found this Easter breakfast idea inspiring! It is full of kid-friendly foods, and any extra grapes and berries can be stored for snacks after you’re done with the display.
