HOW TO MAKE FUNFETTI COOKIE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

– Butter – Granulated sugar – Brown sugar – Egg –Vanilla extract – Flour – Baking soda

STEP 1

In a large bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.

STEP 2

Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda and salt until just combined. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles

STEP 3

Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden.
