Don’t you love soup season? I love a good soup, and I especially love a good potato cheese soup.

It is SO easy to make, and practically set-it-and-forget-it in your pressure cooker.

INSTANT POT CHEESY POTATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS

– Hash brown potatoes – Chicken broth – Chopped onion – Celery stalks, finely chopped – Salt – Ground black pepper – Garlic powder

STEP 1

Place the frozen hash brown potatoes in the pressure cooker pot. Stir in the chicken broth, onion, celery, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

STEP 2

Stir the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese into the Instant Pot Cheesy Potato Soup.

STEP 3

Stir until both cheeses are melted.
