MINT SWIRL SHAMROCK BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

– Chocolate cupcake mix – Paper cupcake liners – Aluminum foil – Prepared white cupcake frosting, or your favorite buttercream frosting recipe – Green food coloring – Icing bag with a wide icing tip

STEP 1

Make cupcake batter per package or recipe directions.

STEP 2

Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners. Add batter into cupcake liners, only filling halfway.  Push part of the cupcake paper liner inward and use a piece of the foil to keep it in position. Repeat in the spot across from the first indent.

STEP 3

Bake cupcakes per package or recipe directions, then let cool before frosting.
