Here’s what you’ll need to gather to make these minty chocolate St. Patrick’s Day pudding shots.
- 1 (3.9-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix (Note: make sure you’re using the pudding mix marked as “instant” or the preparation instructions in this recipe will not work the same)
- 2 1/4 cup milk, divided
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix (Note: per above, make sure you’re using the pudding mix marked as “instant”)
- 1/4 cup crème de menthe (Note: it must be the kind that’s green in color, such as DeKuyper. If you can only find a clear version, add a few drops of green food coloring to your pudding at the step where you add the crème de menthe)
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, divided
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Mint Oreo cookies, divided
- Small plastic dessert cups
- Gold mini spoons

How to make boozy St. Patrick’s Day crème de menthe and Baileys chocolate pudding parfaits
These Baileys chocolate mint pudding parfaits are perfect for a St. Patrick’s Day party! Here are step-by-step photos and tips for making these boozy St. Patrick’s Day desserts. It’s much quicker and easier than you might expect, and they taste SO good.
In one bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup of the milk, and Baileys Irish Cream for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, the remaining 1 1/4 cups of the milk, and crème de menthe (if your crème de menthe is not green in color, add a few drops of green food coloring to your pudding in this step as well) until thickened.
Refrigerate the two bowls of pudding for at least 5 minutes to set. It doesn’t take long since you are using instant pudding mix.
In serving cups, layer the ingredients in this order: 1) Chocolate pudding.
2) Half of the whipped topping.
3) Some of the crushed cookies.
4) Crème de menthe pudding.
Finally, 5) A dollop of whipped topping, and 6) More crushed cookies on top.
Refrigerate the St. Patrick’s Day pudding shots until ready to serve.
