In addition to the delicious fresh strawberry filling, this strawberry Pop Tart recipe is topped with a strawberry glaze that uses fresh strawberries for a natural pink color before being topped with some fun jimmies sprinkles.

I made these Homemade Strawberry Pop Tarts in a traditional rectangular shape, but you can use cookie cutters to cut them into any shapes you want (I think they’d be great with a heart shape for Valentine’s Day or an anniversary).

The strawberry jam-like filling is so delicious that you’ll be tempted to make more to add to toast, biscuits, and English muffins!
