Happy Halloween! Just like that, October’s come and gone. Didn’t it just turn 2018? Here is a monthly round-up of the outfits I wore and shared on Instagram for October 2018. If you follow @fabeveryday on Instagram, these looks are probably familiar to you, but I have included some new photos of them in today’s post so you can see the outfits from different angles, and links to shop some of the outfit components.
Look 1: I just can’t get enough leopard print this season… spoiler alert: you’re going to be seeing me wearing a lot of it. Details on this outfit: Bag and slouchy boots are from JustFab (boots are Jordanna, and the bag is one of their best sellers right now! Check it out here), and leopard-print sweatshirt and jeans are from Express. If you’re not a member of JustFab yet, click here to join so you can take advantage of their VIP pricing.
Look 2: This floral ruffle hem dress from Express is great for warmer fall days. I paired it with my Cassidy Western booties from JustFab. Click here to become a VIP member of JustFab to get VIP pricing on the booties.
Look 4: This perfect fall dress is from Shein, and is only $20!! Get it here. I’m wearing it with my JustFab Cassidy western booties again. If you’re not a member of JustFab yet, click here to join so you can take advantage of their VIP pricing on these boots.
Look 5: If you know me, you know I can’t resist a statement sleeve, or a ruffle detail. This Grey Ruffle Sleeve Sweater from PinkBlush has ruffles on. the. sleeves. It’s also super comfortable, and has a great fit. Wear it with jeans and fall’s trendy slouchy boot (like these from JustFab). Get more information about this look in this post. Look 6: This Navy Polka-Dot Hi-Low Sash Tie Wrap Dress from PinkBlush has the right amount of coverage without feeling matronly. Pair it with your favorite block-heel booties for a day at the pumpkin patch, or some heels for Thanksgiving dinner. This dress is super versatile, and comfortable enough to wear in either scenario. Learn more about PinkBlush and this look, including shoppable links, in this post.
Look 7: This classic New York dress in Iron Gray and White is perfect for holiday events, and is from Ava James NYC (a new brand that specializes in quality, fashionable, and tailored pieces exclusively in sizes 12-18). Trendy drapiness in soft but sleek colors make this dress stand out in all the right ways. This quality piece is lined but includes slits for comfort and movement (hello, dancing!). The ruching and wrap-details are uber flattering – seriously, no Spanx needed! Learn more about AVA James NYC in my review here.
Look 8: My new work-from-home style is cute, but comfortable and functional for all the cooking, planning, photography, and writing I am doing all day. One look I wore this month is a simple black top with leopard-print leggings from AMI Clubwear. Chic & Go slip-on flats from JustFab are a great addition for a run to the store or the kids’ bus stop. Look 9: I’m all about fall’s statement knit trend with this cozy star sweater from AMI Clubwear, which is great for the cooler fall days.
Look 10: Not just club attire, AMI Clubwear carries casual everyday pieces like this off-the-shoulder olive green dress. It becomes an easy breezy outfit with my Bijou mules from JustFab. If you’re not a member of JustFab yet, click here to join.
