As you may recall, I recently became an Allrecipes.com ambassador (the ambassadors are referred to as Allrecipes Allstars). One of the great parts of being an Allstar is the opportunity to partner with brands to develop new recipes using their products. Well folks, I’ve had another original recipe developed for the Allstar program become “kitchen approved” and published on the Allrecipes.com site!
This was a partnership with Barilla to develop a new recipe using one of their Blue Box pastas and a sauce. Since the entire Fab Fam loves bacon, I was inspired to start there as a key ingredient. The recipe I developed is Red Hot Chipotle Bacon Mac and Cheese, a next-level macaroni and cheese with a red sauce (different, I know!), smoky chipotle spice, and bacon.
