Disclosure: I received Eagle Brand products for review purposes.  The opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

I don’t know about you, but I am getting a little cookied-out.  This time of year is all about cookies – cookie exchanges, cookies for Santa, baking mass amounts of cookies for friends and neighbors; you get me.  Now, I love cookies, but we need to mix it up once in a while.

If you still have holiday desserts to make or exchange, let me offer you an easy and amazing way to mix it up with this three-ingredient fudge recipe!  Yes, you heard that right.  Three ingredients!

I found this inspiration from Eagle Brand’s UnCookie Exchange recipe collection.  It is as easy as it is delicious!  ‘Easy’ and ‘delicious’ are quite possibly my favorite pair of words.  Get the Dark Chocolate Caramel Corn Fudge recipe here.  Try cracking a bit of sea salt onto the top to take it up another notch!

Fab Everyday tip: Use a pizza cutter to cut your fudge easily.  You can cut it straight on the parchment paper (over a cutting board) after removing the parchment paper-lined fudge from the baking pan.
