Olav, a kitchenware startup with a vision of “humanity x cooking,” creates life-long lasting cookware that is both environmentally and ethically sound. To celebrate the launch, Olav has published a special cookbook called A Little Bit of Humanity.
This fine, collector-worthy and ethically-made cookbook was a collaboration between myself and 58 others, and celebrates on 160 pages great personalities, our most human moments and best recipes, all to show the human connection with cooking. Each book comes with a free $30 gift card that can be used during Olav’s cookware pre-launch in early 2019. Learn more about their cookware here.
The recipe I shared in the book is for porcupine meatballs. This is a recipe I made with my mom growing up, and have adapted it to my own over the years.
Along with the recipe, I got to share what cooking means to me and my experience as a human. This was so fun to write, as cooking is not only therapeutic to me, but it is also associated with so many memories throughout my life.
If you want a copy of A Little Bit of Humanity, act fast because only limited copies are available. Use this link to save $5 on the book: https://myolav.com/reps/ramona/ (affiliate link).
Thank you for your support, and I hope you enjoy this book as much as I do!
