What I Wore | January 2019

Here is a monthly round-up of the outfits I wore and shared on Instagram for January 2019. If you follow @fabeveryday on Instagram, these looks are probably familiar to you, but I have included some new photos of them in today’s post so you can see the outfits from different angles, and links to shop some of the outfit components.

Look 1: I am currently obsessed with the distressed sweater trend. This first one is from AMI Clubwear, has a hi-low hem, and is currently on-sale for $10! The leopard-print jean leggings are from Express, and come in short, regular, and tall sizes!

Look 2: Another trend I can’t get enough of is leopard print. I wore this leopard print cardigan from AMI Clubwear with a white One Eleven tee and black jean leggings from Express, and black Morgane booties from JustFab. Look 3: Diamonds are a girl’s best friend… but who says someone has to buy them for you? Ladies, sometimes you just need to #treatyoself! I did recently when I was taking advantage of the post-holiday sales at JCPenney. I couldn’t resist treating myself to a little bling from the fine jewelry department at my local store in Round Rock. There were so many on-trend pieces with all different stones and metals. I fell in love with these simple but chic diamond pieces: a love knot pendant necklace that I layered with a delicate chain, and a ring for my middle finger. The oversized slouchy off-the-shoulder pullover is from Amazon Fashion.

Look 4: When your head is cold but your shoulders are OK, LOL. All joking aside, I love this cozy, OTS sweater and slouchy beanie hat I found on Amazon Fashion. Thank goodness for fast Prime shipping when I realized I needed (OK, wanted) more clothes for our trip to DC the week we were leaving.

Look 6: My shades of grey look worn for our visit to George Washington’s Mount Vernon during our big road trip from Texas to Washington, DC. Look 8: Remember when I told you I was obsessed with the distressed sweater trend? Here’s another one from AMI Clubwear and delicate necklace from them as well. I wore them with a black pom pom beanie hat, distressed-hem high-waisted jean leggings, and these fab leopard mules from Express.
