Now that it’s officially fall, I couldn’t wait to start shopping for my fall wardrobe. Today I’m sharing some of the key fall fashion trends you need to incorporate into your style for the season. Trend one: animal prints. One of my all-time favorite trends, and I love that it is here to stay for fall 2019. Stock your closet with the always chic leopard (like this $12 one-shoulder leopard-print tee), but don’t forget about snake and zebra, which are also big this season. This trend is hot for both clothes and accessories (think headbands, shoes, boots, and bags), and don’t be afraid to mix prints!
Trend two: faux leather. Though I may not have rocked faux leather pants since attending an N*Sync concert in the early 2000s, the trend is back for fall 2019. Didn’t you hear? The late 90s and early 2000s are back style-wise! This season you’ll see faux leather in lots of ways, like pants (these leggings from SHEIN are so comfy and stretchy, and are such a great price), skirts, and even dresses and tops.

Trend three: color-blocking. You’ll see this trend in sweaters, dresses, and even boots. I love this color block sweater from SHEIN with it’s neutral fall tones and big cuffs, but the trend applies to black and white as well as bolder colors like red and pink.
Trend four: the neutral sweater. You’ll be seeing lots of taupe, beige, tan, and cream sweaters this season. I grabbed this cozy pullover sweater with button-detail sleeves. It is sooo soft, and perfect for fall.
Trend five: blouson sleeves. This SHEIN sweater also embodies another one of fall 2019s trends of romantic, blouson sleeves. I love me some oversized and romantic sleeves! The asymmetry and button detailing makes an otherwise neutral pullover just a little trendier.
