This post has been sponsored by Mucinex®. I received product in addition to monetary compensation. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Our family runs a tight ship to stay on schedule with all that we do. Part of the way we keep our ship running in ship-shape (see what I did there?) is to stay prepared. Whether it’s what we keep in the medicine cabinet and pantry at home or in our toiletry kits when we travel, we have certain essential items that are always on hand for when we need them. This way, nothing slows us down. I just added a new one: Mucinex® Junior Cough and Congestion Caplets. When the kiddos show signs of not feeling well, I can reach for these to relieve cough and congestion symptoms before they have a chance to slow us down. Learn more!

Why do we like them?

  • They are pediatrician recommended as an OTC brand in the Children’s Cough/Cold Category (AlphaImpactRXProVoiceSurvey)
  • The dosages are packaged conveniently for parents
  • I can carry the medicine on the go with no mess (no more leaky, sticky syrups!)
  • They are a simple and easy cold solution that relieves several cough and congestion symptoms

That awful moment when you can tell they don’t feel right…

Then comes the cough…

… and congestion…

My oldest recently came home from school with that look om his face… you know the one. The one where you can tell your kiddo just doesn’t feel right. But this mama was prepared! I had my Mucinex® Junior Cold and Flu Caplets and Mucinex® Junior Cough and Congestion Caplets on hand. I checked both boxes, and his cough and congestion symptoms matched those for the Mucinex® Junior Cough and Congestion Caplets.

We also keep Mucinex® Junior Cold and Flu Caplets on hand depending on what the kids need when they are sick. The Mucinex® Junior Cold and Flu Caplets reduce fever and the aches and pains that come with it. They also help with stuffy noses and coughing.

Mucinex® Junior Cough and Congestion Caplets relieve the annoying and uncomfortable cough and congestion symptoms like stuffy noses, and keeps coughing under control. Since those can all make colds feel worse for kids, I now make sure that I always have some Mucinex® Junior Cough and Congestion Caplets on hand for when the cough and congestion symptoms strike. I’m so glad that I do, because this was exactly what we needed this time.

With cough and congestion symptom relief, he felt more like himself, playing and doing homework without his stuffy nose and cough bothering and distracting him. Plus, I could just tell that he felt a lot more comfortable (no more sad, sick kid face!), which in turn made me feel a lot better, too. We are going to keep these Mucinex® Junior Cough and Congestion Caplets stocked so that the next time my kids have cough and congestion symptoms, I’m prepared with relief.

about Mucinex® Junior Cold and Flu Caplets and Mucinex® Junior Cough and Congestion Caplets, and be sure to pick some up to have on hand in your medicine cabinet and handbag this cold and flu season!

Mucinex® Junior Cold and Flu Caplets and Mucinex® Junior Cough and Congestion Caplets are just the recipe needed for our pre-teens! The caplets are more palatable for their age group & are well received over the liquid alternatives! AND – they work like a charm!!
