To make these easy Earth sugar cookies, divide the prepared cookie dough into two bowls. Mix green food coloring into one bowl and blue food coloring into the other bowl, stirring and adding more food coloring until you’ve reached your desired colors.

Roll the cookie dough into an even number of balls. If the dough is sticky, place the balls in the refrigerator to chill for a few minutes, which will make them easier to work with in the next step.

To turn these little cookie dough balls into Earth cookies, grab one green ball and one blue ball. Smush them together and roll them into one larger ball. Don’t overwork the dough; just roll them until they are combined. Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
