I’m filling my recipe box with all the easy, one-pan dinners, because they will always come in handy. Delicious, high-quality Buitoni refrigerated pasta is a key staple during my weekly grocery runs so I always have the option for a quick meal I know my family will love. For example, this family-pleasing shortcut meal I’m sharing today is on the table in about 30 minutes with very little effort on your part! Buitoni Refrigerated Beef Ravioli is baked with canned enchilada sauce and shredded Monterey Jack cheese before being topped with your family’s favorite taco toppings. This is not your typical Italian-style ravioli bake, but it will be one your family will ask for again and again! Here’s how to make it.
Ingredients:
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 package Buitoni Refrigerated Beef Ravioli (20 oz.)
- 2 10-ounce cans red enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Your desired choice of toppings, including (but not limited to): salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, sliced black olives, diced onions, cilantro, tortilla strips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9×13” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, then arrange ravioli in an even layer in the bottom of the prepared dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the ravioli, covering the pasta completely. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top, then cover the dish with foil.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown. Optional: Place the dish under a pre-heated broiler for 1-2 minutes for additional browning, if desired.
Top with your favorite taco toppings, such as salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, sliced black olives, diced onions, cilantro, and/or tortilla strips.
Be sure to stock up on convenient, refrigerated Buitoni pastas and sauces the next time you’re at the store!
