As you’ve probably noticed, I’ve been sharing a lot of deviled eggs recipes lately. I’m working on a series of deviled egg recipe variations taking us up to Easter. Stay tuned for more delicious and unique takes on the classic dish, but I’m excited to share the latest with you today: a recipe for Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs! What you need to make Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs with cream cheese

If you love everything bagel seasoning on eggs, you’re going to love these everything bagel eggs! Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make them:
- 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning, plus more for garnish
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
How to make Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs

The first step in making Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs is to prepare the hard-boiled eggs. Use whatever method you prefer, but I always use my Instant Pot for making hard-boiled eggs. Not only is it really easy to make eggs in the pressure cooker, but they are somehow also easier to peel! I use the 5-5-5 method (5 minutes at high pressure, 5 minutes of natural pressure release, then 5 minutes in an ice water bath).
After cooking and peeling the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks from the hard-boiled egg halves and place the yolks into a medium-sized bowl (leaving the egg whites intact). Add the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, and Dijon mustard to the bowl and smash with a fork until the yolks and mixture are smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of the everything bagel seasoning and pepper to the bowl and stir until the ingredients are well blended.
Place the egg yolk mixture into a plastic zipper bag and seal. Snip off one of the bottom corners of the bag with scissors, then pipe the yolk mixture evenly into the hollowed holes of the egg whites. You can also use a pastry bag fitted with a star icing tip if you’d prefer a more decorative piping for presentation for your Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs!

Sprinkle additional everything bagel seasoning on top of the eggs as a garnish (and feel free to add more or less to taste). Serve the Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs immediately or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Creamy and jam-packed with flavor thanks to the everything but the bagel seasoning!

I hope you love these Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs as much as we do! Here’s the step-by-step recipe.
