Ingredients and supplies needed

- Prepared or pre-made rice cereal and marshmallow treats
- Popsicle sticks
- Yellow candy melts
- Orange candy melts
- Microwave-safe bowls
- Spoons
- Wax or parchment paper
- Optional: Unused clean, empty 1-quart paint can filled with colorful candies for display
Instructions
- Start by unwrapping the cereal treats (if using pre-packaged treats) or cutting prepared cereal treats into rectangles approximately 1.75”x2.75” in size.

- Insert a popsicle stick into one of the short sides of each of the cereal treat pieces.

- Melt the candy melts in a heat-safe bowl according to package directions, one color at a time. One at a time, dip half of the treats into the melted candy approximately 1/2 of the way. Use a spoon to make it appear that it is dripping down. Set on wax or parchment paper to dry. Repeat with the other color of candy melts and the remaining treats.

- Let the treats dry and harden completely. If desired, you can place them in the refrigerator to expedite the hardening process.

- Optional: Display the treats in an unused, clean and empty paint can filled with candy.
