While the price is important, even more important when choosing a dog kennel for boarding is that the dogs will be treated well. With Barking Springs, we felt that they had a real love for our pups (and all the other dogs in their care). We also loved the amount of communication we received from them. While we were on vacation we received text message updates with photos nearly every day to let us know how our dogs were doing. This made us feel comfortable that our pugs were having fun playing and meeting new dog friends. They were also great about communication before and after the stay, answering all our questions and checking how Bear and Rolo were doing after returning home.
