You don’t need much to make ham and pimento cheese roll ups! These are the ingredients you’ll need to gather:
- Bread (we love the taste of Mrs. Baird’s Honey Wheat Bread for this)
- Pimento cheese
- Sliced ham
How to make pimento cheese pinwheels
To make these pimento cheese pinwheels, start by cutting the crust off of a few pieces of bread. This not only keeps these pimento cheese pinwheels appetizers kid-friendly, but removing the crust also makes it easier to flatten and roll the bread in the next steps.
Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread into thin squares.
Next, spread pimento cheese on top of the slices of bread.
