I’ve been on a bit of a Funfetti kick lately (you might remember the Funfetti Cookies recipe I shared a few weeks ago), and my latest creation is this delicious Funfetti Blondies recipe! They’re white chocolate Funfetti blondies with a craveable buttery flavor and festive pop of color from jimmies sprinkles. If you’ve never made Funfetti Blondies from scratch, now is your excuse! They’re like brownies, but without the cocoa powder, and the sprinkles make it feel like a party. What you need to make white chocolate Funfetti Blondies

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make Funfetti Blondies from scratch:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, melted (it’s important to use real butter, not margarine, for this Funfetti blondie recipe)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (the almond extract adds a key flavor, but if you don’t have any, you can use an additional half teaspoon of vanilla extract)
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup rainbow jimmies sprinkles (I prefer Wilton brand), plus more for topping
How to make Funfetti Blondies from scratch

To make this Funfetti Blondies recipe, first, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9”x13” baking dish with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Note: Parchment paper isn’t necessary, but I do prefer to use it with brownie recipes, as it makes it easier to pull the Funfetti blondies out of the pan to slice and serve them when they are done.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together. In a separate bowl, mix the butter,* eggs, and vanilla extract.
*Important tip: In order to make this blondie brownies recipe foolproof, it’s important to use real butter, not margarine. I’ve tried it with margarine and it never turns out the right consistency.
Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Mix in the white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of the rainbow sprinkles.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish. Press some additional rainbow sprinkles onto the surface for presentation/aesthetics. Bake the Funfetti Blondies in the preheated oven until the edges are golden and the center is set, 20-25 minutes.

Remove the blondies from the oven to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once they are cooled, pull the white chocolate Funfetti Blondies out of the pan by lifting them out with the parchment paper, and slice them into squares or bars.
