What you need to make these mixed berry frozen yogurt granola bites
Here are the supplies and ingredients you’ll need to make these frozen yogurt bites with granola:
- Mini muffin pan (I love this 24-cup silicone mini muffin pan)
- 1 cup honey-flavored granola (if you can’t find honey-flavored granola, plain granola will also work… I just personally love the added sweetness the honey adds to these frozen yogurt berry bites)
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt (other berry yogurt flavors would work, too, and feel free to experiment)
- 1 cup blueberry yogurt
- 4 ounces fresh raspberries, halved or coarsely chopped
- 4 ounces fresh blueberries
- Foil or plastic wrap
How to make frozen yogurt and granola bites
To make these yogurt and granola bites, start by dividing the granola between the cups in a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
Add a spoonful of strawberry yogurt to one half of each cup on top of the granola. Add a spoonful of blueberry yogurt to the other half.
Use a butter knife to swirl the two flavors of yogurt together without overly mixing them (you want to still see the two colors).
Top the yogurt in each cup with a few blueberries and a few pieces of chopped raspberries.
Cover the pan with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the frozen berry yogurt bites are firm.
To store your yogurt and granola bites, remove them from the muffin cups (it’s really easy to pop them out if you are using a silicone muffin pan like the one I have) and store them in a plastic freezer bag or airtight storage container in the freezer.
