How to make Instant Pot stir fry with pork
To make this Instant Pot ramen stir fry, start by selecting the Sauté function on a multi-functional electric pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot®). Heat the oil in the pot. Add the pork to the pot and sauté until the pork is browned on the edges, about 5 minutes. Push Cancel to end the Sauté function, and remove the pork with a slotted spoon (leaving the sesame oil in the pot) and set the pork aside.
Add the water, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce (if using – it’s optional and tastes great without it if your family doesn’t want the spice), and the 4 seasoning packs from the ramen packages to the pot and stir with a wooden or plastic spoon, scraping the bottom of the pot to loosen any browned bits.
Break the noodles from the ramen packages in half and add them to the pot. Make sure the noodles are as evenly submerged in the liquid as you can (they may stick out a little), but do not stir. Return the Instant Pot stir fry pork to the pot, placing it on top of the noodles (without stirring).
Close and lock the pressure cooker lid, make sure the pressure/steam release switch is set to sealing, and set the cooking time to 1 minute at high/normal pressure. It will take about 9-10 minutes for the pot to reach pressure before the cooking time begins. After the pressure cooking time ends, carefully release the pressure using the manufacturer’s quick release method.
Open the lid. Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the pot and stir until any noodles that were stuck together have broken up. Place the lid back over the pot, askew, and let it sit until the vegetables are crisp-tender and most of the liquid has absorbed into the noodles, 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve your Instant Pot stir fry pork garnished with green onions.
This is our favorite way to eat Instant Pot pork ramen, and I hope you find yourself coming back to this recipe again and again like we do. Here’s the Instant Pot Pork Ramen Stir Fry! Enjoy!
