This cheesy sriracha ramen doesn’t require much. Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make cheesy ramen recipes like this one:
- 4 cups water
- 2 (3-ounce) packages any flavor ramen noodles (chicken or beef work especially well)
- 2 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Sriracha sauce, for drizzling
- Chopped green onions, for garnish

If you don’t want a spicy cheese ramen, it’s easy to make this cheesy ramen noodles recipe not spicy. Simply skip the sriracha sauce, and this recipe is still a perfectly delicious cheesy ramen.
How to make cheesy ramen noodles (cheesy spicy ramen)
The first step in how to make spicy cheesy ramen is to bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add ramen noodles from your instant ramen packets and cook until tender (about 2 minutes). Drain the water, reserving ½ cup of the liquid to use later.
Now is where the cheesy ramen noodles recipe comes together! Add the seasoning packets and cubed Velveeta cheese into the noodles, stirring until the cheese has melted and everything is well blended.
As needed, gradually stir in some of the reserved water to help melt the cheese. Note: you may not need all of the water.
