You start by spreading two tablespoons of hummus and one tablespoon of light sour cream on the center of a whole wheat tortilla.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped cooked chicken to each tortilla. Tip: I season the chicken with garlic salt, pepper, and dill to give it a zestier taste that complements the hummus and sour cream.
Then, top with as much thinly sliced cucumber and chopped tomato as desired.
Wrap the bad boy burrito-style (optional: cut it in half) and serve. You can also wrap it in foil if you’re taking it to go.
