These shamrock pancakes are SO easy to make and a great St. Patrick’s Day breakfast for kids! Here’s how to make them.

- Separate some of your pancake batter into a small bowl. Color with green food coloring.
- Grease or spray a pre-heated pan or griddle with nonstick cooking spray. Dip a metal shamrock-shaped cookie cutter into the green batter then place on the heated pan to create a green shamrock outline of batter. Let the shamrock shape sit for about 1 minute.

- Pour the regular (non-green) batter over the top of the shamrock shape, covering completely.

- Cook until the edges of the pancakes are dry, then flip and continue to cook until done on both sides.
- Optional: If you have leftover green batter, use it to make green pancakes to mix into your stack with the shamrock pancakes.
