I can’t wait for you to try this delicious, beginner-friendly recipe for homemade protein bars with peanut butter that I created for Wilton! It’s the easiest and best no-bake protein bars with oats recipe, and tastes SO good. Made with rolled oats, peanut butter, and a smooth chocolate topping… oh, and the best part? No oven required. Pressed into a Wilton 13 x 9 Inch Oblong Baking Pan and finished with a rich layer of melted chocolate, this No-Bake Protein Bars recipe comes together with simple steps and minimal tools. Perfect for make-ahead snacking, sharing, or storing in the fridge, these bars are so satisfying, not just to make, but to eat when you’re trying to get more protein in your diet. Click here to get the No-Bake Protein Bars recipe from Wilton, and keep reading to see more about these homemade protein bars.

I use semi-sweet chocolate for the topping of these no-bake protein bars with oats, but you can use milk chocolate chips if you prefer.

In addition to the basic ingredients and vanilla-flavored protein powder (I use this plant-based powder from Orgain for my protein recipes – affiliate link), you just need an oblong pan (I use this Wilton pan – affiliate link) to make the no-bake protein bars recipe. It is truly an accessible recipe, even for new cooks who want to get more protein in their diets and try their hand at homemade protein bars!
