What you need to make this corn dip with bacon
To make this bacon corn dip recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 3 (11-ounce) cans corn with red and green peppers
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (10-ounce package) Godshall’s Beef Bacon. Don’t have beef bacon? You can easily substitute pork or turkey bacon in the recipe as well.
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
- Tortilla chips, for serving. You can also serve this with celery sticks as a lower-carb option.
How to make this cold corn dip recipe

Just add corn, shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green chiles, jalapeño, and garlic salt in a bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the cold corn dip for at least 1 hour.
While the dip chills, cook bacon in a frying pan or skillet, then remove to a paper towel lined plate to cool. Once cooled, chop, then mix into the corn mixture (leaving a little bit aside for garnish).

Top the bacon corn dip with chopped green onions and the reserved chopped bacon.

Serve the bacon and corn dip with tortilla chips.
