Pineapple Turmeric Cleanser
Turmeric and ginger are natural liver cleansers and have numerous great health properties, and the pineapple just tastes yummy in this pineapple turmeric smoothie recipe! This is not your typical lemon/cayenne cleanse drink!
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple cubes
- 1” piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 packet Stevia In The Raw® or ½ teaspoon Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- Lime wheel
- Pineapple wedge
Instructions
- In a blender combine pineapple, ginger, lime juice, Stevia In The Raw®, turmeric, cayenne, and ¼ cup water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with lime wheel and pineapple if desired.
